Customer Support

At Prologic, we believe that superior customer service is our primary responsibility to your district. We work hard to proactively minimize the need for support, but if a concern arises, accessing our support team is simple.


  • Online Ticket Management System: You can enter a new support ticket as needed and check the status of your tickets, as well as those opened by other users at your district.


  • Toll-Free Help Desk Access: We provide toll-free help desk access during business hours, and your district can call an unlimited number of times.


The TEAMS Support is open from 7:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m., Central Time, Monday – Friday, except Prologic holidays. For emergency purposes outside the normal days or hours of operation, users have access to our issue tracking and resolution program.
